A Short Film about Anxiety
A friend sent me this song by Field Medic called 'song i made up to stop myself from having a panic attack just now'. I needed to hear it. In this video I'm tired, I'm stressed, I'm floppy, I'm distracted, lethargic, irritable, unmotivated and over it. Anxiety comes in many shapes and sizes and is hard to really communicate so I tried my best to do through some visual art. And here it is. I hope you like it.
